I take this pre- and post-workout and i believe it has given me better results. I mix this with water and Mio for pre-workout which gives me a small boost of energy for the workout. Since this is unflavored, I add this to my post-workout shake and it works just fine. Knocked off one star because it settles at the bottom of my pre-workout water, having to shake it whenever I want a drink, and because it does not come with its own scoop. It calls for 1 and 1/4 tsp (5g) so I just take 5 -1/4tsps and it works fine. At low-energy points in my day I'll take 2 of those scoops and it gives me a little bit of energy or endurance for a short walk.
